Tishbi Cabernet Petite Sirah 2002

This is simply a wonderful wine. Open the bottle, give it a little air as always, and you can sip the wine throughout an entire meal. This was a wine that my guests and I had no trouble finishing at a single sitting.
The label, as well as information I've gathered from the winery, is strangely silent about the composition of the wine. The Petite Sirah (spelled "Syrah" on the back label!) is likely what gives the wine its added body. The wine has a nice nose of cherries, less pronounced than that of the Tishbi Pinot Noir wine, and and nice mouth.
Look to Tishbi for some other nice wines in the near future.
