Galil Mountain Winery Yiron 2000
This is an absolutely outstanding wine, something to linger over as the wine breaths and develops more flavors and more complexity as the wine breaths. Very bold, lots of tanins.
An excellent wine to enjoy on its own or to accompany rich foods. The classic Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot mix.
Should do well until 2007.
