Teal Lake Petit Verdot Cabernet 2002
For all that I rated this wine low, I did find some hope in it.
The wine was either too acidic or too young for my taste, I was not quite certain which. However, after leaving it sealed in its bottle for a week, I tried it again and found that it was drinkable.
I purchased a bottle or two and put them away in my cellar; I will try them again in a few years to see how they are doing.
