Tishbi Cabernet Petit Syrah 2000

Although the bottlers neglected to include any information, I'll hazard a guess — based on the name and on the taste — that this wine is a mix of Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Syrah grapes with an emphasis on the latter.
The result is a wine with very light body that is so mildly dry as to be almost sweet. As such it can't be eaten with sweet foods.
Although other tasters enjoyed the wine, the sour finish put me off the wine.
