This wine does very well for the price. The wine isn't very aggressive with its sparkle or flavor, as you'd find on wines that cost five times the price; but on the other hand the flavor is acceptable and the finish is smooth (rather than bitter, as I've found with other inexpensive sparkling wines).
I recommend this wine for occasions when an inexpensive sparkling wine is appropriate.
