Some readers may recall that this is one of the wines I selected for myself for the Passover seder. I wanted a wine that was dry and flavorful, and this one qualifies on all counts.
This wine, like others from the Judean Vineyards, comes from the Judean hills — from the vicinity of Jerusalem, home to many outstanding wines. Aged for 18 months in oak, the wine has a full body, a fine flavor of grape, and a wonderful underlying hint of black cherry.
