The Kosher Wine Review

Galil Mountain Winery

Cabernet Sauvignon 2002

Rating: 5

This is an excellent wine at a bargain price. The flavor is good, with a pleasant nose of fruit and vanilla, and the high alcohol content gives it some good bite.

According to the bottle, this wine ought to improve in the bottle for a few years; the tanins were rather mild, but I expect the vinter knows best, and certainly putting a few bottles away is worth the risk.

Highly recommended.
