I've had a few very good white wines lately that have changed my mind. Gan Eden's "Cuvee C'est Bouilli!" -- which means "It's Boiled" -- is one of them. The wine is one of Gan Eden's few mevushal offerings. It's a non-vintage wine.
I found the wine to be quite good, with a good taste of grape and a nice bite. It went down pleasantly with a meal of spicy foods.
