This was a quite delightful wine. It was more dry than most (drinking this during the seder has its disadvantages, as you cannot make notes). The wine had an intense sour finish at first, a bit overwhelming in my opinion, but my fellow taster found it refreshing even at its most intesnse. After some air the finish moderated a bit which was more to my taste. A good wine, and I don't know why the bottle recommends it only for pasta and white meats, as I think it'd stand up nicely to just about any food.
