The Kosher Wine Review

Anav

Merlot 2002

Rating: 4

This wine is a pleasant surprise: unlike many Merlots that are simple and bland, the wine has a complex underlying structure that's quite enjoyable. Both I and my guests thought this was the best of the Avav wines we tasted.

I've been avoiding Merlots lately because I've found them rather heavy and uninspiring, but Anav Merlot is one of the few that I'd consider.
