The Kosher Wine Review

Amiad

Cabernet Sauvignon 2002

Rating: 3

I rarely purchase wines by the case any longer, since I want an opportunity to try new wines. I made an exception of this wine, which was on sale for 1/2 price.

It's s very decent Cabernet Sauvignon, dry and fruity, with a bit of a harsh edge that vanishes once it gets some air. While I might put some of these aside for a few years to see how they age, I didn't buy it with my cellar in mind -- I intend to enjoy this wine on a weekly basis.
